You need a valid email, then go to the Management Console to register. After activation, sign in to purchase services.
After purchase, extract IP from "Obtain Proxy" menu. Ipflare provides APIs for IP proxy channels. See "API Reference" in console. Then integrate into your code.
Sign in, click 【Products】, then 【Purchase】. Choose a package and quantity. Click purchase to generate order. After payment, see Obtain Proxies and Obtain Proxy APIs menus.

Three ways: (1) Re-select from proxy list. (2) Use special API (see docs). (3) Custom username. Format: user-ipstr-0-country-N. Change 'ipstr' segment to change IP. Change 'country' to switch countries (must also change 'ipstr').
